story of Martin Francis Kimemeu Francis is boy from Sinai (slum that you visited in a poor area of Nairobi). He was schooling in Jobenfa a school next to shalom the shelter we made for the needy people. His mother and father are HIV positive, they are jobless. The father is too weak to work and this make him to leave their house and sleep in the street for seeing him as hopeless. The mother sometime get work of washing clothes from neighbours. The boy got 380 marks out of 500 marks. (this in the final exam for primary school, which is good in general , but extremely good considering the circumstances) He was having no hope for joining form one (secondary school) for the cost of uniforms, books and beddings was ksh 60,000 and school fees 34000 that is total of kshs 94000 which the family could not rise at all. The boy is now in Aquinas High school and i am giving the family some assistance. (Aquinas is a boarding school near the area where Moses has contacts and where some people we know go to give human formation talks. The fact that it is boarding means he will get 3 good meals a day during school time) The mother is doing research on a business they can start so they can pay their rent and get the food.
